i have a toyota 1kr engine 68hp, @ 6000rpm, weights 70kg. its nice thing all ally.
anyway been messing around this evening on the mulitwing fan tool.
i happen to have a 6 of 6 W fan hub, and some 6W blades, will need a bigger top pulley as the ones i have seem to be picked for a smaller engine.
anyway, 6 of 6, 6w, tip clearance about 15mm so plenty gap. almost too much for me, but i suspect most will say on a 1250mm duct thats ok and on the safer side of things.
its the noise levels i am wanting advice on, its saying 109dB, is that quiet enough? or should i be looking at less, as i increase the top pulley, its not making massive differences 1-2 dB.  tip speed about 117m/s
im looking at about 104dB for the lift fan.
