A pity as we had some great events from Sharpness. Events seem to have virtually ended in these parts which is a pity as it was a really active area at one time. Thanks for the offer of launching from yours but it isn't practical for my craft.
We have come up to the bridges from the other direction, but not by hovercraft..... I don't fancy The Shoots !
I was thinking about trying to organise another charity event for the RNLI but there don't seem to be enough people interested to make it worthwhile.
A distant hope but perhaps enough hovernauts will read this and express interest in a charity cruise event based in the Bristol area.
