I cant find anything on it


There is a spare 2 pin plug on the loom and also another plug what I assume is where it plugs into a fault diagnosis thingy.


Electronics really isn't my thing and I don't understand them

Fit a proper tacho instead of these horrible things (the Delphi ECU has a tacho output - look it up).

I fitted two of the cheap inductive tachometers from ebay.  The one to the lift engine works as it should, but the one to thrust powers up OK but fails to read the RPM of the thrust engine.  I'm thinking its probably because I had to add close to 2 metres more cable for it to reach the thrust engine.  Would this affect the tacho or is it probably something else going on?
