al it's a load of bis bab. I did that with my kohler no problem.
tried it with salt water and it stopped in seconds.

A video to show that a properly marinised Briggs & Stratton engine is happy to run while being saturated with water.
I ran the hose continually on the engine for over 5 minutes, but it gets a bit boring watching an engine getting a wash so only showing about half of it on video.
