As an avid consumer of coils, I've used Briggs bits, Ebay and Midland power, the latter are trade only though.

I might need 2 coils for a 23hp Briggs.
Where's the best place to shop?
Cheers,

Solid works and pro engineer do free light student editions, you can draw complex shapes in both in sheet metal mode and create flat pattern drawings from them. Bag skirts would be very easy to draw in this and flatten out

Sketchup
It won't unfold 3d shapes though so you'll need to be careful not to accidentally create compound curves.
THIS has good info
on skirt design and the compromises needed - good luck with that!

Hi, can anyone recommend a drawing program to allow me to draw 3D renderings ie; skirts? Free would be good.
. Thanks.

Nice! Youtube (Google) have just changed the API that allows video to be embedded in web pages - to howls of protest amongst web developers! Even worse it's disabled any Smart TV's/boxes made before 2012 or so
I've fixed the embed stuff and it seem OK now. Also fixed
THIS video
that was added last night.
