Hi. Sorry been a bit busy. We were ok (we’re not affected by groundwater usually) but the roof of our (new!) factory failed spectacularly caused millions in damage. Unbelievable that a brand new roof should fail so badly.

Just seen on the news about flooding on the M5 near Bristol.
Thought about Ian’s position next to the river.
