Loch Fyne
<p class="MsoNormal">Just back from loch Fyne, went up on Monday for some time
down on the magical west coast. The weather was acceptable, good enough to get
for 11 hours hover time (the hour clock says so) which equates to around 170
miles.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We did the usual haunts, Lachlan castle, Eilean Math Ghamhna
(opposite Furnace), the picnic spot those that know it….know it) Otterferry
(food and beer/cydrrr), Lochgilphead (for muffins, bananas were forgotten),
Passed Ardrishaig, the beach at Inverneil (for tea and some staring out at the
water) plus more.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Both craft had no technical issues unless you count me
siphoning out rainwater in the mornings!<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">Lows</b>, some choppy
weather, having to come home.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">Highs</b>, Getting a
few miles in, the ever changing views and weather, Fridays lunch, spotting
porpoises, passing close to a group of gannets diving on a shoal of fish,
spotting my first golden eagle and ravens and getting back to the Log house,
fire on, food made and chatting nonsense with John!<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:
normal"><o:p></o:p></b></p>
