I attach the 40EFI drawing. I believe it's the same block as the 37EFI

I'd be surprised if the 37efi has a different mount than the 35 carb as they are probably the same block.
Briggs post mount positions along with the owners manual, you should be able to find a copy on their site, that or Tulsa engine warehouse or the Small engine warehouse usa used to have those diagrams on their sites.

anyone got a drawing of the briggs EFI 37hp

trying to draw the fan frame and need acturate dimensions, at the moment all i can find online are drawings of the 35hp. the bloody thing is in its crate still as i am building a workshop with an overhead crane to build stuff, not got it out of the crate.

its too cold to be working outside, so am doing a bit of drawing. anyway ramble over. drawing of the shaft and hole positions on the back of the engine is what i want, or confirmation its the same as the 35hp
