Yesterday clicking on inverted image produced correct upright image BUT today click and its still inverted!!!!!!!!!!

Ive no idea why this is inverted. Ive replaced it with an inverted version but it comes out the same no matter what the picture looks like that I upload. Is there something im missing here. I ALWAY take "selfies" with my right hand to ensure the image comes out correct, but just sometimes I get this uncalled for inversion. 


When i view this inverted image, by clicking on my IMAC, it auto corrects from this inverted icon. What does it look like to others please?
