Another one from yesterday’s trip to Rothesay

It's just a coincidence, the Rothsay trip yesterday added 600 hover miles in one day cumulatively, a feat for any type of craft. There were no maintenance procedures carried out on any craft apart from a stuck fuel valve in a fuel tank which is a bought in item, very unusual at that!

There's no such thing as bad weather, you're just wearing the wrong jacket!!

Good to see everyone having a good time and all the hovers performing well.  Hopefully i'll see some of you tomorrow

Brilliant day today.
Oyster catcher for lunch, then Rothesay, Isle of Bute for ice cream, coffee and cake.
5 hrs on tacho in perfect conditions.
I’ll post a couple of pics, I’m sure the others will post too.

Just looked out my 240 V UV attracter / killer. Also last time i hoovered up the midges around the lights in the van with a hoover. Worked really well. Ive got only one net- so its me to go outside then!  ::)

One last thing - remember to bring midge headgear/van nets/etc.  They have been ferocious in the last few weeks (might improve as the temps go down this weekend coming)!

NICE one Al! 8) - LIKE that.
A number of boats have been similarly affected by a rush to ONE deck to view something.
I think it happened at Malpas on the Dart cruiser boat?
The last time this happened "to me" was the ill fated Ferry across the Mersey
where ALL the passengers whooshed to starboard to view a hovercraft sinking.
In all honesty- I fear the sinking craft was being photographed rather than my left profile.  ::)
