Since the Government can't get its act together we have decided to publish our own Code of Practise. It's  based on the MCA draft (which we were heavily involved in drafting).

It provides guidance on the design of a  hovercraft and you may use it whilst designing / building your own craft, or to compare against manufactured craft. However, your attention is of course drawn to the disclaimer within the document
