Unbounded enthusiasm, tinged with perhaps more than a little delusional grandeur? Running costs seem other worldly, and presumably did not allow for FOUR gas turbines, nor skirt wear? Great to watch and sad its taken us SO long to "progress" so little. Indeed, can backwards be progress? :-\
