Glad you found some dry material for the Kelly - or did you just burn a few of those spare ten quid notes you've got lying around?.... :D :D
Nope - I find the £50 notes burn much better  ::) :)   The £10 ones burn well when you use them to buy petrol for your hovercraft - but that obviously doesn't count  :D

Nice one John - another video "fix" for me so thanks for that - looks like another good trip. Envious - me?  ::)

Some nice glimpses of the Otter instrument panel too...

Another river trip today - this time without a heater  ??? .   Launched at 11:30am and back at 2:30pm - around 38miles.  Only stop (after 70mins running) was east of Coldstream for a Kelly brew and a sandwich.  Temp got to 4C but there was virtually no wind (maybe 5mph) so it was OK behind the windscreen.  River was like a mirror in places reflecting the remaining autumn foliage.

Craft was cruising along comfortably at around 16-19mph at low revs (2300-2500) @ only 1.2gph  :)

Got chased back westward by the predicted weather front moving in - loaded up just before the cold rain started.
