Managed a little run out this morning,

Didn't want to get caught up with the 10.2 meter tide so couldn't go too far.

Even though it was 2 degrees with a biting wind that whipped up the powdery sand it was still good to get out!

Looks amazing Ian.

We have a bore that runs into morcombe bay at times, it's only about 3 feet high though.

After 20 years living in Gloucester I finally got to see a bore!

Amazing to see the river rise 10ft or more in in 20 seconds, and another 10 ft in the next couple of minutes.

This was taken from Minsterworth Ham.

Oh yes. I will be "tackle out" hovercrafting fat or thin.
Although I will be respectful and not be bending over.
