Any tips on fan balancing.

If the blades are all the same length and age then balancing shouln't be required.  New(er) blades should be fitted in even numbers and opposite each other as the weight will change quite dramatically as they absorb moisture with age (if an uneven blade count then replace in multiples of three).

Weight all over the place. 20 gram discrepancy.
Sorted now.
They are the same weight
Sikaflex ,nuts and bolts in the base of the blade

We had a Landrover 90, swapped the transfer box for a Rangerover one, (higher ratio = Lower engine revs)
Made it much quiter at motorway speeds  didn't seem to struggle on hills. Of course still had low ratio if needed.
