1 Synthetic better than "mineral"?
2 Is detergent good for engines or better washing dishes?

Just servicing Kairos’ engine in advance of Loch Fyne Hover-fest and wondering if there is any change in thoughts on best oil spec to use in a Briggs 35? The servicing guide on this site suggests 5W30 fully synthetic oil - that still the case pls guys?
