The slip is going to be busy get there early if you can as parking at the slip (with trailer) is limited, there's plenty of roadside parking and a carpark next door but you will need to unhook and park your trailer in a bay to use it.
Directions;
Jubilee Green Slipway is only a few meters north of the Tamar Bridge and is on the Cornish side of the river.

Wet finger navigators use;
From Exeter stay on the M5 and stay with it when it becomes the A38, signposted for Plymouth and Saltash (do not use the A30). In about 40 miles Cross the Tamar Bridge and take the first exit, at the end of the slip road turn RIGHT following Signs for A388 (DO NOT turn left and left again - it is NOT a trailer friendly road). Follow this road for approximately 500 meters, just before the “Part Time Lights” and a drop barrier in the middle of the road turn right following the sign to “Waterside”, the slip is about 500 meters down on your left.Please Note we do not charge a toll for entering Cornwall, however those towing will need to pay a £3 fine, I mean toll, to get back into Devon. The Tamar Bridge does have a TAG system but this is not compatible with other similar systems such as the Severn Bridge one.
