I'm gouted up at the moment. I have kept it at bay with nettle tea until now. It is the longest I have gone without an attack.
Concentrate black cherry from Holland and Barrett (was told recent need to check it out) is also good.
Have a chat to the staff.
Search the web for trigger foods.
Mine is nearly gone it was in my ankle which was good because painkillers took the edge off it.

Well that sounds like you're Kip-pered for a while. Hope you return to health as soon as, and take it easy. Plenty of rest....or is that plenty of Kip required.............................................I'll get my coat.
Seriously though, take care!

KIP--- thats not a foot, ---More like a nasty swollen 11 inches.------
We were discussing this Bakers Cyst about 1 year ago-----Back of yer knee??---
Not rushing to a diagnosis is commendable though------ ::)
ANY WAY jolly crap done--Soooo - REALLY sorry to hear you have eventually fallen below magnificence.
I DO hope it does not compromise matters for you too much but by the sound of it ---
IT ALREADY HAS. :'(
On a parallel route, IVE been hobbling about with a sudden and acute BOUT O' GOUT ont' Raight ankle .
This made Jane wretch as she realised how old I was.
Im researching Cherry extract in a vain effort to regain some youthful vigour, and aesthetics.
I presume your stool with casters on has been brought back out of retirement, and you will soon be seen zooming about tending your toasted pikelettes and jellied eals.
Hang on in there and if you want a less surreal discussion, please telephone me. :-*
We can talk whilst sitting down -don't you know----
